Individual therapy

Session: $240 (50-minute standard session)

Medicare rebate: $96.65 per session (with a valid MHCP)

Group therapy

The standard cost is $200 per session, with a limited number of concession spots available at $150 per session

Medicare rebate: $66.65 per session

Cancellation and rescheduling Policy

For individual therapy sessions

If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give at least 48 business hours’ notice. If you fail to attend, cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours, you will be charged the 50% of the session fee, and 100% session fee if cancelled within 24 hours (Medicare or other heath fund providers do not provide rebates for cancelled or unattended appointments).

For group therapy program

Once enrolled, participants are required to pay for the entire program or chosen workshop(s) in full. No cancellations or refunds are allowed. This policy ensures commitment and maintains the stability needed for all participants to benefit fully from the group. In some circumstances, installment payments may be arranged. Please discuss this with the facilitators if needed.
